Hi Erin- I wish you or another reader would address this issue: My periods are so heavy; it would be horrible if I was running Boston and it fell on the first or second day of my period; it just wouldn't work out due to the heavy flow. I have to plan my marathons around certain times of the month... ughhh. What do you or other female runners do concerning running and your menstrual cycle?
I was a long-time follower of your family blog, which was a huge inspiration to me, and just had to say I can't believe how big your kids have gotten in the time since you made it private. Shorty is absolutely transformed. You were so generous to share them with us for so long.
